Literati Return Policy?

The return policy for Literati.com is as follows:

All stand-alone purchases and Books sent as part of a Subscription Package are final, and returns are not accepted (unless the Books were damaged before received).
Inside each delivery, there's a prepaid USPS return label. This sticker can be affixed to send any returns back. There's no need to visit the post office to make returns, but if chosen to do so, just drop it off at the counter with other prepaid items. A pick-up can also be scheduled.
To reduce packaging footprint, Literati returns can be sent back using the teal box that the books arrived in—it’s always free!
If not 100% satisfied with the purchase, an easy online return processor can be used to print out a FREE return label. Returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
